The York Apprenticeship Hub at City of York Council is running the largest Apprenticeship & Training Event in York on Thursday 31, August 2017.
This event provides information on local apprenticeships and other training opportunities to young people considering the wide array of career options before them as they move on from school and college.
Over 500 people attended our March event, helping many employers, such as Nestlé, PureNet, Aviva and the NHS, meet with aspiring young people to fill their positions.
This year, the event will be held at City of York Council’s West Offices, between 4 – 7pm. It will showcase local employers and training providers with apprenticeship vacancies, as well as providing 1 to 1 support and information.
We would welcome more local employers who want to fill their apprentice positions, they can exhibit for free, just need to contact the York Apprenticeship Hub on: 01904 553732 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We would also welcome any employers who want to find out more about hiring an apprentice, they can just pop along and speak to the Hub. Or any young people/parents who are looking for apprenticeship / training opportunities.
