Prioritising line improvement and making it stick workshop

At the Manufacturing Management Show, last November, our Prioritising Line Improvement – and making it stick workshop was heavily oversubscribed. By popular demand we have agreed to rerun the workshop and you are cordially invited to attend for free.

“When it comes to implementing Manufacturing Improvement programmes, it’s vital that Front Line Managers are equipped with the skills to successfully manage and motivate their teams to drive and sustain improvement activity. In this practical workshop, complete with hands on ‘learning by doing’, we’ll be showing delegates how to engage shop floor personnel to apply new improvement techniques in the workplace.”

If you’re frustrated with your factory’s rate of improvement or concerned about where to focus your improvement activity then follow the link to book one of the limited places. Just an hour of your time will change the way you deal with the challenge.
